Your Retirement Savings Need to Outlast You
Most retirement plans underestimate two things: how long your savings need to last, and how quietly inflation erodes them along the way.
The 15-Minute Retirement Plan helps you close both gaps with practical guidance on longevity risk, purchasing power, and building a financial plan that doesn't run out before you do.

The News: The SPSA flyover project on Route 58 is a month ahead of schedule and set to open by the July 4th weekend.
Why It Matters: This $30 million bridge was built to eliminate the dangerous left turn backup into the landfill on Bob Foeller Drive and it's been doubling commute times for drivers since 2024.
👉 The Move: Hang tight. Relief is almost here, and no more long term lane closures in the meantime.
🚗 Free Car Protection Event This Saturday in Suffolk

The News: Suffolk Police and Virginia State Police are hosting a free VIN etching event on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to noon at Suffolk City Hall (rear parking lot off Market Street).
Why It Matters: VIN etching deters auto theft and it costs you nothing.
👉 The Move: Show up, no registration needed. Bring your car, leave with extra peace of mind.
🚔 Suffolk Is Building a Fallen Officers Memorial

The News: Suffolk Police broke ground on a Fallen Officers Memorial during National Police Week. It is expected to be completed in September.
Why It Matters: The memorial will be a permanent place to honor officers who gave their lives protecting Suffolk. It will also give families and visitors a space to reflect and remember.
👉 The Move: Keep an eye out for the opening this fall. It will be worth a visit.
