2 minutes. Your URL. A customer profile worth using.

Most founders can describe their product. They can't describe their customer. Not in a way that actually changes how they sell.

HubSpot for Startups built a free tool to fix that. Paste in your URL, answer a few quick questions, and it generates a structured profile of your best-fit customer. Firmographics, buying triggers, the works.

Takes 2 minutes. No spreadsheet required.

🐴 Suffolk Equine Rescue Gives Former Racehorses a Second Chance

The News: Debra Kelly, executive director of the United States Equine Rescue League in Suffolk, is helping rescued horses recover after they were saved from a Texas kill pen. Two of the horses, Bourbon and Boots and Amy, are now in Suffolk, while two others are recovering in North Carolina.

Why It Matters: Bourbon and Boots, a former racehorse, has arthritis in all four legs and needs a special feeding plan. Amy is being treated for serious eye issues and wears a mask daily. The rescue has already taken on more than $2,000 in vet bills, and the recovery process could take at least four months.

πŸ‘‰ The Move: The rescue runs on donations and is asking the community for help. Anyone who wants to support Bourbon and Boots, Amy, and the other rescued horses can donate through the United States Equine Rescue League.

🎨 A Short Story by Intalek Opens at Suffolk Center

The News: A Short Story by Intalek opens Thursday, September 24, with an immersive art and music exhibition at The Suffolk Center Galleries. The show connects mixed media work by Short Story with an original 11-song rap EP by Intalek.

Why It Matters: Guests can scan the artwork frames with their phones to hear the matching songs, adding another layer to the exhibit. The galleries will also feature work by Jazzmyn Ellis, Mara-Lynn Addison, Savannah Kerrick, LadrΓ© Imon Daniels, and Justin White, with the exhibition on view through November 6.

πŸ‘‰ The Move: The opening reception is September 24 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and is free to attend. The experience continues October 17 with Intalek & Friends: Live Performance in the Birdsong Theater, with tickets at $5.

πŸŽ“ Forest Glen Students Are Shaping Their School

The News: Forest Glen Middle School’s Principal Advisory Committee gives students from every grade level a direct line to the principal to share ideas and feedback. Student ideas have already helped bring back Candy Grams, increase field trip opportunities, continue the Staff vs. Students Volleyball Game, and create an Elective/PE Choice Day with school staff.

Why It Matters: This is more than a suggestion box. PAC members have celebrated advisory classes with 99% or higher attendance and joined a CrimeStoppers lunch with the Suffolk Police Department to build positive relationships between students and law enforcement.

πŸ‘‰ The Move: Shoutout to Forest Glen Middle School and the students using their voices to make school better. That is student leadership in action.
