Let’s get into it 👇

🤧 What Pollen Is Really Doing

If your allergies have been acting up lately, here’s the annoying truth, pollen is not just random yellow dust floating around to ruin your day. It’s a living part of plant reproduction, carrying genetic material through the air so plants can grow and spread.

The News: Pollen helps flowers, trees, and grasses reproduce, but those same tiny particles can also trigger miserable allergy symptoms for a lot of people.

The Why: Not everybody reacts the same way. That helps explain why one person is fine, while somebody else is sneezing, rubbing their eyes, and looking for tissues all day.

👉 The Move: If spring allergies keep getting you, pay attention to when your symptoms flare up most. That can help you figure out what kind of pollen may be bothering you.
